Mobile Equipment Identity Register (MEIR)

Service procurement of the unregistered mobile devices causes a serious social and economical damage for the national economy. Lost, illegal, unregistered, and stolen mobile devices are prevented to get telecommunication service from the GSM Operators in the related countries by MCKS / CEIR / MEIR Project.

MCKS / CEIR / MEIR prevents the service procurement of the unregistered, stolen, illegal mobile phones and by this way the system terminates the tax loss and secures the national security by preventing the stolen mobile devices’ service procurement.

The system also implies the cloned IMEI mobile devices and their service procurement are blocked.

OraTech has been built up the MCKS / CEIR / MEIR System and keeps to implement the system under the constitution of the Telecommunication Institute in Turkey.

The CEIR/MEIR system that we offer you has been successfully CEIR/MEIR operating in Turkey for over 15 years. Thanks to this CEIR/MEIR system, the budget of Turkey, during this period, received more than 20 billion US dollars.
